Not only does he mispronounce “corpsman” (read ‘core-man’ for any liberals reading) as “corpse-man” twice, but also gets the corpsman’s name wrong, first saying “Christian” and then “Christopher.”

The White House’s claim that this photo was taken during a press conference — not during the President’s chat with students — is legitimate. Still, I don’t think the storytime-rug and construction paper cutouts look very good next to the teleprompter he will be using for the State of the Union address.

Last week, Obama’s left-side teleprompter crashed to the ground breaking into many pieces mid-speech. Luckily, Barack never travels without a backup TOTUS. He apologized and continued on with the speech, with his head cocked to his right for the remainder of the speech. I wonder if he got a crick in his neck?

Now even the first lady is having teleprompter problems.

Compare this to Sarah Palin’s eloquent and selfless resignation speech recently, which was entirely without teleprompter or notes, which can seen in part and read in its entirety at The Huffington Post.

Obama recently read a bit pretty well from the TOTUS (Teleprompter Of The United States) but incorrectly read the word “Orion” as OAR-ee-un rather than oar-EYE-on. The event is explained in more detail here, [...]
