That in January, or February when he had an approval rating of 60%, 7% (60% - 53%) of the people that had a good view of him, had not voted for him in the general election. So, until he falls below the 53% at least, he has nothing to worry about. Do you understand the logic?

PS - The founder of Rasmussen Reports has always given campaign contributions to Republicans. There is a definite conflict of interest in his polling results. Notice also how his numbers and his poll questions are always very critical of the Obama administration.</description>
