		<description>That is perhaps the worst of his lies and deception.  You cannot measure &#039;saved&#039; jobs. The government does not know ahead of time who is getting laid off.  The government does not have some kind of magic red phone to private companies to learn about them ahead of the ax falling.  In some cases, public companies will announce planned layoffs in advance to their shareholders so in that instance I suppose it might be somewhat measurable. E.G If public company X planned to lay off 12,000 employees in 2009 and only ended up laying off 7,000 does that mean Magic Barry saved 5,000 jobs? Hmm, Doubtful.

So saved jobs is indeed impossible to prove; saved jobs is never anything but a speculation.  Created jobs are more measurable so Barry the Fraud should stop using them in the same term as though they were the same thing.</description>
