On March 7th I wrote an open letter apologizing to PM Gordon Brown for the inconsiderate gift of 25 unusable DVDs that President Obama gave to him.  This has been the most active post on politicalcrave.com and I wanted to address and highlight the most recent comment in light of Daniel Hannan’s speech to PM Gordon.

“Most Brits weren’t angry… Brown’s not so bad, but we are fed up with him and his policies. His trip came off looking like a desperate mission to rub some Obama magic off on himself. I wouldn’t have been surprised if the meeting was arranged under duress, with Obama dragged along by a persistent UK foreign office. Obama handled the debacle with cool politeness.”

Every word and action from President Obama is tantamount to the words and actions of America. If Obama’s policy is to fund abortions around the world then it is America’s policy that the Rights of individuals only extend to the wants and desires of mother’s and doctors.  So when he “honors” our best ally with 25 unworkable DVDs then he is communicating to the Brits and the world that America is blase to international relationships that are not in our interests at the time.

The fact of the matter is that Obama is trying to be the King of America by debting us into submission.  The one who controls your debt controls you.  Obama wants to create jobs for those who cannot find jobs for themselves. Obama wants to make employees out of volunteers through ACORN, the GIVE ACT, and SERVE ACT which will exceed $6,000,000,000.00 (Billion) from forced taxation.  Obama wants to create more government jobs than in the private sector through nationalization and this of course will result in more votes.

Obama wants to force key private business, key industries and charities  into bondage through higher taxes and regulations via BAIL OUTS, INCOME CAPS, CAP & TRADE, NATIONAL HEALTH CARE, the TAXATION OF PEOPLE GROUPS and a  form of the FAIRNESS DOCTRINE.

Obama’s MAGIC is the fact that he will  the first African American President to debt this country into submission. He convinced most Americans that the best thing America can do is to punish the wealthy, who provide  jobs, with high taxes in order to reward those who bought into the lie of irresponsibility.

The poorest counties in America are the ones that are historically organized and run by Democrats.  Every Democrat run social program only increases the need for their services. IN FACT, the income of these social programs is class warfare. Since social programs are for the poor then these social programs must teach that the reason people are poor is because the rich have stolen what was rightfully theirs. CONSIDER THIS, the NAACP needs racism to exist in order to be in business.  Do you ever think that AL Sharpton or Jessie Jackson get up in the morning wondering, “I hope and pray that today I will be out of a job.”  Nope, they won’t and they don’t.

Consider Welfare: Is the purpose of welfare to condone and to encourage irresponsibility? Nope, but it does. Welfare rewards irresponsible parents when it increases the amounts of their monthly checks in proportion to their child head count.

Social programs are not all bad and they certainly have their place in capitalism.

HOWEVER, the purpose of social programs is to get people on their feet and out the door so that they can make a life for themselves; not have those social programs create a life for them.

This is why it is so important to listen to the words of  Daniel Hannan.  England has already tried creating individual and financial freedom through forms of socialism and it hasn’t worked. It is an experiment that has gone dreadfully wrong and has left the poor standing alone with their hands out wondering where those promises have gone.

Obama thinks that America is different and that Socialism can and will work if the right people are behind it and if there is enough money to fund it. Funny how Obama wants to eliminate the wealthy by creating an economy that needs the wealthy to fund it. Sadly, this is not going to be the case. If socialism can’t work in smaller countries with smaller economies it certainly cannot work with a large and powerful economy such as ours.  Socialism denys the individuals right to be free from the bondage of decisions that are made on their behalf.  Capitalism says, “Let me be free to succeed when I make good decisions and be free to suffer the consequences of my bad decisions.”  Those individuals that are under socialism will always suffer the concequences of the bad decisions of those over them.  In short, success never trickles down in socialism to its citizens but only more want of its lack. I certainly hope that future generations will not shake their head at America for not heeding the warning of one brave man across the sea. [Source]
