Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s pick for Chief of Staff, former Illinois Governor and close friend of Rod Blagojevich, was photographed giving a respectful and professional wave goodbye to President Bush after Obama’s inauguration. This is our new administration, America. Certainly is a change, I’d say.
