Full-page ad in Washington Times regarding Obama’s constitutional qualifications.

Today, ObamaCrimes.com released  a full-page ad (view PDF) in the Washington Times concerning three questions:

  • Was Barack Obama born in Kenya?
  • Is he really a citizen of Indonesia?
  • Does the Constitution still matter?

Liberals think that the concern over Obama’s citizenship is just a desperate claim by crazed right-wingers, but it is a genuine concern. His family has roots in Kenya and he lived in Indonesia as a child which could have very likely caused him to lose his American citizenship regardless of whether or not he was born in Kenya or Hawaii.

The ObamaCrimes ad mentions a lawsuit filed against Obama by an attorney who is a lifelong democrat, who was the Democratic Party Chair for his county, Democratic state committee member, and a democratic candidate on Pennsylvania tickets. Here is more about the lawsuit:

Furthermore, his step-grandmother has made comments to support the claim that Obama was born in Kenya:

I do not claim that Obama is not a United States citizen, but nor has it been proven to me that he is. I simply want him to respond to one of the many lawsuits filed against him to prove our concerns wrong so that we can rest assured that our constitution does still matter.
